Refund policy
In the event of a product return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, as long as the return is not due to an error in the merchandise or defect of the garment. And always within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt.
In no case will the returned garment be exchanged directly.
As soon as it is verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be effective, in the same way that the payment was made. Therefore, for a size or color change the customer, if they wish, has to make a purchase again.
